How to keep a webpage from being indexed with a site map?

I know about robots.txt and <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

...but i was hoping there was a clean way to specify which pages i don't want to be indexed inside the sitemap.xml file.

Thanks!

I also know about these 2 only that is robots.txt and nofollow attributes and for the entire sitemap you should go with robots.txt. I think there is no other options.
