I don't want to spend more than Rs. 7000 for it. But it should be worthy.

None, really. All you really need to know is how you plan to use it. If you will be just heating leftovers then pick a low cost oven with basic features. If you will be cooking a variety of different kinds of foods then a combo microwave/convection oven might be a better choice, but that might not be within your budget. Whatever you choose, make sure it has a turntable because without one the heating uniformity will not be very good. No matter what the salesman tells you!
