Should Tea Party members that will likely be assaulted by black people direct their lawsuit at the NAACP?

I think the politicizing of race in mainstream media is getting ridiculous. And its not only making political discourse 2 dimensional. Its attempting to make it one dimensional..

In essence, If you can't show favoritism to Obama, "You're a racist"

People like Andre Carson are using way too much racist fear mongering and is deliberately trying to stir a social uprising.

Its what communist/socialists do...

I prefer to support the party of adults and occasional redneck idiots over the party of children..

Maybe if 98% of black people who voted for Obama didn't show that their political ideology only goes skin deep... The Tea Party would have a more balanced demographic of followers...??

It's possible that a claim could be maintained against them, yes. People attacked by racists sued the KKK and won, I believe. This situation sounds very similar.
