Does this girl like me?

Ok so suddenly I've been noticing this girl in my high school that I catch staring at me and when she gets a chance to talk to me she always smiles at me she's always commenting about my asking alexandria t shirt (it's a band ) and I just want to know if she just wants to be friends or maybe get to know me more to start a relationship(and today in class one of her guy friends whispered my name and when I turned around she turned around and saw his then he said whats up like if he was going to tell me something else but didn't cuz she was going to hear )
