Industrial Question! Answer pwease :).?

So I've had my industrial for a little over 2 months and I recently noticed a ring like bubble of skin around the outside part of my top hole. It stings when I touch it (which is only after I've washed my hands and am cleaning it) but I keep spraying it with H2Ocean anyway. Does anyone know what it is? How I can get rid of it? Or if it means it's infected?

Please, serious answers only, preferably if you've actually had an industrial :)
