Best way to dye my hair blue?
So I have naturally black hair and dye it black frequently because I have grey hair and because I like it blue black. I want to dye it like powder blue. I've heard of the color stripping kits but wouldn't that just take the dye out of my hair and since it's naturally black, it'd still be black? I was wondering if there was a gentle bleaching kit or something? We don't have a Sally's since I'm in Hawaii so that kind of limits things for me. Please Help! :)

I think the only way you would be able to get your hair blue blue would be to bleach it first. They have speed lightening kits sold at hottopic. Or they have standard hair bleaches at grocery stores that dont work as good but will still do the trick :)
