How would I get wasps out of the outside dryer exhaust or should I?

This morning I noticed a hunk of lint so I went to grab it out (of the outside dryer exhaust) and wasps flew out.

you should=== always=== keep dryer vent clear of any obstruction. if clogged the heat and lint will come back in the house and possible catch on fire.....your vent should have a lid on the pipe, that only opens when in use. if it is operating correctly, then no insects can get in it...if they -are- in the pipe, just spray a wasp&hornet spray up in the pipe. [with the dryer off]. this time of year they are looking for a warm place to hybernate [sp.] make sure the lid closes tight after removal of wasp.......good luck...
