Pain in the ear and the neck?
I've been having some serious discomfort in my left ear and the left side of my neck, It started a couple days ago and seems to be getting worst. Nose, chewing and swallowing seems to aggravate it, and I am not developing a headache. It hurts soo bad that it feels like it might start bleeding. I don't know if I should treat the eat ache part of it or the pain in the neck part of it.

it seems like ear pain, but it is tmj. you are grinding your teeth and the muscles are putting preasure on your inner ear. like most people you have no idea you are doing it, and probably don't believe you are; trust me you are. you should get a mouth piece from the drug store and wear it for two weeks when you go to bed, if it appears to be chewed then you will have verified that this is the case.

Muscle spasm, use warm compress to relax and then stretch it gently.
