Scriptures about a Pastor's burden?
Does anyone know what chapters, scriptures, or even books in the bible talk about the burdens of a pastor? If not directly from the bible, maybe quotes on the subject.
But preferably, I really would love for them to be bible based.

And @Giga Giga: I need this info for a project so it's not enough to just say "a pastor is human... no scripture required."

A pastor is human, so it would be the same as for any other person. No scripture required.
