How do I get the windows on my MacMini to fit in the size of the screen?

I'm constantly having to use the slider bars to move pages up and down, and from side to side. They just appeared like this one day. The windows used to fit in just fine.

    Top left of the window, press the green plus..

    If not, bottom right click and drag to make it full screen.

    Give it a go!

    Try Messing around with the resolution while in windows to fit your screen, this usually happens when you install a new OS so dont be worried :)
