When Gaddafi promised democracy the NTC without thought rejected his offer?
Now the NTC has agreed with Gaddafi but not until April 2013, a month after they plan to execute al megahri and eighteen months after they plan to execute Gaddafi for his close ties with the West and for inconvieniently supporting liberal jihadists (ones who fail to blow themselves up) although they do have close ties with Turkey but, sadly, not the UN, fair?

The NTC.......who?.......Did you mean to ask why the Obama government........ the British.....French..... Italian governments........and NATO........ rejected his offer? ....... Why .......So that they could carry on with their hidden intention........ to oust Gaddafi......... for the Libyan people's oil.......and MILLIONS ....held in £s........Dollars........and other currencies.

I guess they don't trust him, him being a proper tyrant and only offering reform when it was clear he was going to lose power. The world's unfair in so many ways to so many people that I find it hard to care whether it's being fair to a semtex spreading murdering torturer.
