Crusty earlobe attach point?
There is a crusty feeling substance In the bottom of the little "U" shaped thing on the innerside of my head and it doesn't really negatively affect me but it doesn't feel right

I have gotten that before.. Take some mayonaise on a q-tip and just dab on, rinse an hour later with warm water

Probably just dry skin. Get some facial moisturizer and you should be set :)
