What to wear to a high-end babysitting job?
So I've been babysitting for a few years now, and many families love me, since I their kids have grown on me. Well now, word has gotten around, and the MAYOR wants me to watch his 3 kids!!! And instead of $12 An hour, I will get $18!!!!!! Abd his house his HUGEEE and usually when I go to babysit my normal customers, I wear sweatpants and a cute top or something, but I will be babysitting in this mansion and will be meeting the mayor and his family, so I have no clue what to wear!!! I want to wear something cute and classy, but also be able to hang around with the kids (ages, 2, 5 and 7.) Any ideas?? (btw I'm 5'6 and 115 so I'm pretty thin and can wear most clothes and I'm 15)

Congratulations. The ages of the Mayor's children most likely require you to be on the floor and bending a lot so some sort of pants vs skirt are in order. But I would graduate up from sweats to perhaps nice jeans? Just something fresh, clean and appealing with minimal make up and a neat hair do. You are a most valuable person. So many teens your age do not take babysitting seriously and are unqualified. In the absence of parents, the sitter needs to know what to do in emergencies such as fire, choking, falls ( since 2 yr olds often do if not watched) etc so in a way you are like a paramedic, a firefighter and homeowner. IF you are not told all these things, do ask the questions. ( But Im sure you already know or the Mayor would not have requested you) How exciting!

Thats super exciting lol! I would probably wear (depending on the weather) Kahki short or pants because normally those are comfy but look nice and clean cut. As for shirts i like soild colored shirts layered with tank tops its not always comfortbale but very cute! I wouldnt recomed jewlery espically with a 2 year old. They like to pull on stuff and altough it enertaining sometimes its dangerous to the 2 year old and it can hurt you. Goood Luck!

Just wear a pair of cute jeans that look clean and don't have holes or anyting in them even if they were meant to be there. And a comfortable blouse with nice matching shoes that you can wear socks with, since they might prefer you not to walk around their house barefoot nor with your shoes on.
