Tata Photon's service is pathetic, that means for whatever reason, if the device doesn't work, you are screwed. Their internet speed is not that great either.
Reliance Netconnect speed is good, and their service is tolerable. Perhaps give MTS a try, I would say.

though MTS has nice coverage but my Rs.999/- unlimited plan(12 gb) finished in just 4 days though the logs didnt show that.
Reliance and Tata photon are good depending on the location you are in.
Better option is to get a demo before buying one( they may charge you Rs.100/- but its the best option)

reliance net connect is better. Because its having high speed, moreover its wide range is too high.
about more than half part in india have coverage
