My town wont update on phone?

I have a HTC Inspire 4G phone and it has a widget on it that shows time and weather. Problem is the town wont update anymore its stuck on tempe. I have tried removing it from home screen and readding it but to no avail. How do I fix this? thanks!

    try Location services "ON" in settings, not just in the app
