My dog has suddenly stopped pottying?

We just moved from Dallas to New York City (we literally just got here last night). We drove up, and my dog always peed when we stopped to get out and stretch. It didn't seem to be a problem. Now today, he has suddenly stopped going. He's eaten and had water to drink, and we've taken him out several times but he still hasn't gone. We're coming from a house with a yard to an apartment in a neighborhood with basically no grass. I know he's doesn't know what to think and he's used to pottying on grass, but I'm getting concerned because he hasn't done anything since yesterday. He keeps walking around the apartment as if he's looking for somewhere to go but as far as I can see, he hasn't done it. I know it's all likely anxiety related to the move and the completely different environment but what can I do to get him to go outside in this new and strange neighbohood?

Congratulations on your move! I'm glad to hear you gave your dog breaks during the long drive. Your dog was probably use to your car. But, she isn't use to your new house. He may not feel comfortable going outside and doing his business yet. The change is upsetting to your dog. Give him another 24 days to go to the bathroom. It sounds like he is very stressed. Just give him a lot of his things from the old house (bed, bowls, crate, toys, etc.)

It's tough for dogs to switch houses. If he is switching from grass to no grass at all, then call the vet and ask what to do

it may take some time. he's not used to it. but he does need to pee so keep taking him on walks and sorta slow it down when you get near a tree or rassy place. and until you have a good solution, then maybe just find some random field to get him to 'empty himself'.
