Does the UN have a appeal council?

Alan Turing it is (and it will become clearer) developing that the situation for Libya will have reduced moral in the public sector, a unfairer legal system, a less free society and (on the whole) will be a less prosperous and decent place to live, work and bring up a family, in short a shug of a lawyers shoulders (what they see as a competency) and the world becomes a darker place, with this planned outcome by reelection seeking Dickless Sarcozy and Israeli segregation law specialist Jim Crow loving David "spot" Moron ("I'm not affraid to bring my prejudice, mistrust and hate with me into any arena, oh you have seen Ghandi, good wasn... From the answers so far the UN appears to be a democratic talking shop where lawyers discuss and decide upon, based on emotion, outcomes for people based on frauds committed by individuals, the question does not seem to be is evidence or reasoned presentation made but if the style of the delivery and a lack of scrutiny enough to win for the kid lawyers who otherwise would be swapping football stickers for their album (slightly adult in content to be honest, reason Mandella was freed if anyone is honest), if an appeals element exists the questioner and the answerers have never heard about it from politicians or the media and no one is interested in the written word so we haven't visited the website, I'll get FOE onto it and we'll let you know how the UN can be a bit more strengthened which means if any prejudices exist because of some basic issues (accents, rythums of speech, style of dress) we'll put forward some suggestions which we hope will be discussed to improve lawyer relations a
