Going through airport security, if I have shoes and belts in the carry on bag, do I have take them off?

Or do I just need to take off the ones I'm wearing in the moment?

    You can keep them in your bag. The only things you need to remove from your carry-on bag are liquids and large electronics (laptop size).

    lol you only need to take off the ones you're wearing. whats in your carry on bag already will go through the x-ray machine anyways so there's no reason to take it out of the carry on bag.

    only if you are wearing them you take them off
