What is the best way to remove a President from office?

I've been trying to have Barack Obama arrested for TREASON against the United States of America for some time. Have tweeted the charges to many officials. He's being investigated by Congressman Darrell Issa for Project Gunrunner, or Fast and Furious. He has so many questionable individuals in his regime it's ridiculous. We know Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of Treason, but why hasn't he been arrested yet?

But I'm wondering if it will do any good. My thinking was that if Congress, and all other politicians, weren't willing to charge Obama with Treason, then maybe I could go the political route. When I saw that Obama capitulated to Speaker Boehner over the date of his redundant job speech, I wondered if he, and the rest of our government, could put enough pressure on Obama to resign. It would give them a way out, so to speak, and after Obama is out of office, Treason charges could be pursued. 

So what do y'all think? Do you think Obama would resign under these circumstances? If you think it would help, please sign, and pass along. I'm just a citizen who's concerned about my country. He's gotten away with too much, from refusing to show a birth certificate to sitting as UN Security Council chair in 2009, to selling guns to drug cartels, to refusing to quit spending. 

The birth certificate he produced was proven to be a fraud, and as of this date the hospital in Hawaii that California Attorney Orly Taitz has failed to produce one either. There was a court order in August, and there's a new one in September. 

Sitting as UN Security Council chair as sitting President violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution. He then bypassed Congress and started the war in LIbya. Justice nationwide is being obstructed by judges and prosecutors, people who are required to uphold the law but refuse. What to do? 

Well, maybe a petition to Congress will help. Maybe a peaceful march on the White House. Or for an elected official to charge Obama with Treason. One finally has. New Hampshire State Representative Harry Accornero has, and he's a patriot. All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men  (and women) to do nothing.

The best way to get rid of President Obama is to find a reasonable Republican candidate who can beat him. Petitions won't work. 

As for your error-riddled screed:
1. As a state rep, Harry Accornero has no federal authority. He has not formally charged Obama with anything nor can he. He's just made general claims without any specific charges. Treason would require action in the US House of Reps, on specific counts not unspecified actions. and votes of . 

2.  Congressman Issa isn't investigating Obama, he's investigating the ATF. Obama might come up in his investigation, but it's not centered on the president. Reagan was never charged in Iran-Contra and neither will Obama in this fiasco. Some low levels will fall on their swords and take the rap. (Like Ollie North did.) 

3. There's no valid court order to produce any state documents in Hawaii in any of Orly Taitz's cases. She knows it. No judge ever signed an order, nor will they. Orly's case in DC that the "court order" was related to has been dismissed in favor of the Social Security Administration -- so any orders or actions related to it are null and void. 4.  Obama serving as President of the UN security council was perfectly legal. The US came up in its normal rotation to chair the council, and the highest ranking person from the US traditionally represents the US. Obama held the chair for one day. Al Gore did the same thing as VP in 2000 and no one said anything. So have various Secretaries of State over the years. The Constitution bars any office granted by a King, Prince or Foreign State. The UN isn't any of those, it's a member organization -- and individuals aren't members, countries are. Besides, with the consent of Congress, a president could be made King of another country. Read the actual clause in the Constitution! "And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State."

Obama would never be convicted of Treason by 2/3 of the Senate, so there's no point in even trying on any evidence available to date. He hasn't committed any crimes, declared war against the US, or given aid to the enemy. Find a viable candidate and work to get them elected. Period.

The House of Representatives impeaches (indicts) the president, the Senate tries the case. No president has been removed from office by the process of impeachment and Senate trial, but two presidents have been impeached - Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton.

Gawd, you are a complete moron.

First, let's teach you some basic CONSTUTIONAL LAW.

A sitting President CANNOT be arrested for treason.
He/she would have to be impeached and removed from office first.

Second, Obama started no "war in Libya". We are not "at war" with Libya.

Third, The Certificate of Live Birth issued by Hawaii hasn't been "proven to be a fraud". It's legitimacy as been attested to by Hawaiian officials.

Obama has committed many different acts of treason. Congress doesn't care. I doubt a citizens arrest would ever work because of the secret service. 

Impeachment seems to be the only remedy but the only chance of this happening is if a Republican candidate has the stones to bring up these issues and tell the news he/she is charging him with treason. Rick Perry apparently has been considering this option behind the scenes. 

The most important role you can play to "remove the president" is through publicity. You're actually on to something with your petition.

Unless you mean gross direlection of constitutional duty, in which case Bush is at least as bad as Obama, because freedom of the press was worse under Bush than Obama.
