Why worship Jesus when his Dad is clearly superior?
The Bible makes it clear that God did all the work, and Jesus was just his messenger. So why is Jesus your 'Lord'? Its like worshipping Robin instead of Batman - he's a good guy, but he's not the star attraction.

Because his fathers says so...
Hebrews 1:5, 6 & 9: For example, to which one of the angels did he ever say: “You are my son; I, today, I have become your father”? And again: “I myself shall become his father, and he himself will become my son”? 6 But when he again brings his Firstborn into the inhabited earth, he says: “And let all God’s angels do obeisance to him.” 9 You loved righteousness, and you hated lawlessness. That is why God, your God, anointed you with [the] oil of exultation more than your partners.”
Philippians 2:9-11: For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every [other] name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.
John 3:16: “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."
But as you said, the Father is clearly Superior...
1 Corinthians 15:27, 28: For God “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that it is with the exception of the one who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.
Is the Trinity a Bible teaching?
- Anonymous10 years ago
Look up the Doctrine of the Holy Trinity. You will find that Jesus, The father and Holy Spirit are 3 beings in one. Jesus is both God and Man.
P.S This also confuses me.

Obvious you don't know your Scriptures, Jesus said "No one comes to the Father except through Me". He also said "anything you ask in My name it shall be given". He also said "when 2 or more are gatherered in My name I will be there".

God the Father commands that Jesus be worshipped.....
Hebrews 1v6 .... http://bible.cc/hebrews/1-6.htm
And again, when God brings his firstborn into the
world, he says, "Let all God's angels worship him."
(v5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time,
Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again,
I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?)

NO, we don't, we don't think that adult men are greater advantageous to females in a similar way that we don't think that God is greater advantageous to Jesus. i think of the verse you refer is a million Cor 11:3, no longer the others. This verse in easy terms speaks approximately "rank or place". females and guy are the two and God the daddy and God the Son who's Jesus additionally are the two. This verse speaks in easy terms some guy who leads, as an occasion in the kin, once you think approximately that they are the two Rebecca, that isn't machismo!!!! the daddy is the top of his Son once you think approximately that they share easily each and everything Joh sixteen:15 <<< All that the daddy has is mine.>> that's the reason I suggested that the Spirit will inform you what he gets from me. We supply a similar honor glory, blessing compliment and worship (Rev 5:8-14) to the two the daddy and the Son once you think approximately that the daddy is who leads,he's the top of Jesus even theory the two are ONE GOD (Joh 10:30), they share a similar attributes (Joh a million:a million,Col 2:9) and the two are everlasting (Rev 22:13,) Gal 3:28 Now, IN CHRIST, that is not suitable while you're a JEW OR A GREEK, A SLAVE OR loose, MALE OR lady. >>>you're all a similar IN CHRIST JESUS.<<< Gal 3:28 Now, IN CHRIST, that is not suitable while you're a JEW OR A GREEK, A SLAVE OR loose, MALE OR lady. >>>you're all a similar IN CHRIST JESUS.<<< Gal 3:28 Now, IN CHRIST, that is not suitable while you're a JEW OR A GREEK, A SLAVE OR loose, MALE OR lady. >>>you're all a similar IN CHRIST JESUS.<<< Gal 3:28 Now, IN CHRIST, that is not suitable while you're a JEW OR A GREEK, A SLAVE OR loose, MALE OR lady. >>>you're all a similar IN CHRIST JESUS.<<<

Well I don't know any one else who forgave sins other than Jesus, swhy the Pharisees disliked him and did he cast the demons out in his name or gods name or no ones name. Only God can do these things.
