Well,I've met this guy a year ago and he is from another country...So we've been talking and flirting by facebook and msn since then but now he has asked me have I ever loved someone...I know you can't read his minds but still...What does that mean??

that either means he is trying to find out if you like him, or he is just asking. Tell him the truth, then ask him back and see what he says :D

Isn't this the same question you asked before but adding the detail about him being from another country? whatever lol but ANYWAY
either:
A) he loves you
B) he loves some girl in his country and wants your advice.
you should ask him why he said that and you'll probably find out if its A or B

I'm no love doctor, but I think it means.... (wait for it).... "Have you ever loved someone?"
I think a yes or a no (possibly with a slight explanation) would be a sufficient reply to him
