Does anyone know if Star Wars Chapters VII, VIII & IX will ever be made and what their storyline will be?

Will any of the original cast members or characters be in them?

Lucas has said after he made Ep 3 that the movies had worn him out, However there is a live action tv series in the works, set between Ep 3-4 that will not be about any major charectors of the movies.

However there are a couple things i should point out.

in 1995 Lucas made a comment in a interview that the "Thrawn Trilogy" was his first bet if there was ever to be a sequel series. In fact he said that it inspired him to work again on the movies.

Back in 2005-2006 i heard someone say that a guy ran into Lucas on a beach, and when asked if there would ever be anymore movies, Lucas said that while he probably would never do sequels, he wouldn't mind doing:

Nope. the last 3 installments did not generate enough profit or interest to warrent them making any more. There are a couple of books available that illustrate whats happens after Return of the Jedi, and also the history before Phantom Menace. Did you know Boba Fett actually survives the Sallac Pit??

Highly unlikely and thank goodness. No more Star Wars films. We already had 3 pointless prequels.

Honestly, I don't think they are going to make any more Star Wars movies. They may come back suddenly by surprise, but I wouldn't be expecting it.
