is it still possible for me to grow?
my dad is about 5,10 and my mom is around 5,3-5,4. im 16 years old and 5,4 but in the last year i only grew half an inch i also got hair on my chest and stomach all ready if that matters. but my question is basically if it is still possible for me to reach around the 5,7-5,9 area also my mothers side is actually pretty tall my grandfather is around 6foot but my grand mother is really short i dont know exactly how much but around my moms height. anyways any answers would be much appreciated.
i really don't know i don't have a beard yet and my fathers side is really hairy so i might have not but to be completely honest i don't know. 3 years ago i grew like 3 inches in one year after that and before that it seems that i barely grew. also is it true that soft drinks can stunt your growth because... well when i was younger i was packing in about 3-4 cans a day but i always thought it was just garbage parents said to stop there kids from drinking it.

You'll probably grow another couple of inches to a final height of 5'6 based on the calculator I used for your numbers. You're height growth has definitely slowed down from what you described and the degree of hair also suggests you're pretty well through puberty.
Soft drinks are just empty calories. You were consuming 1/3 of your daily calories in soft drinks rather than from nutritious food. That might have made a difference if you had eaten 600 calories a day of healthful food instead. Sorry.
