Instead of just ignoring her, why don't you just tell her how you feel? She's doing all of that because she really likes you. If you don't feel the same way, you should tell her you just wanna be friends. Or if you do like her and want her to stop doing all of that, then why don't you say all this flower and stuff is sweet but how about we just go out to dinner or the movies or something instead? hope i helped a bit!

If this girl is as clingy as she sounds, one word replies aren't going to deter her. the best thing you can do is be straightforward with her and tell her that you're just not interested or that because of your age difference you don't think things would work out--it might not be the complete truth, but hopefully she'll take the hint!

The only way to stop her is to tell her the truth. You don't go to a restaurant and leave short hints about what you want to eat do you? No. It will hurt her but its better than being strung along.
