Do you have to cook meat as soon as you open it?

If you only need half of the package for example? Or can you just put it back in the refrigerator/freezer?

    No you can wrap and freeze what you aren't using............

    No you don't, but if you only do need a portion of it try to put it in a sealed bag or container (Ziploc) to prevent any bacteria or microorganisms from contaminating it.

    Then put it in the fridge if you plan to use it in the next 24-48 hours and if not then throw it in the freezer for future use.
