Favre coming out of retirement to play for the Colts?
The Colts already unretired Kerry Collins. With Manning likely done for the year do you think they'll try to entice #4 back into the game, too?

Not Favre I don't believe. He is probably retired for good, and if he does come back, he will get even more ruined. He needs to continue to sit back, turn the TV on, and enjoy his NFL Sunday Ticket in the comfort of his home. He deserves the good retirement.
As for the Colts. I'm not rooting them out of the division yet, but with this new neck surgery for PM, it will be hard even to make the wild card spot. Kerry Collins definately lacks the skill level of Peyton. But, let's not forget, Jay Caldwell and the Colts didn't turn to each other and say,"Let's go get an old fart and watch our team crumple." He got Kerry for a reason. We'll see what they bring to the table come game day.

Who said Manning was done for the year?
That's just you starting rumours.
The Colts would be more likely to go after Garrard before they went after Favre...and that isn't going to happen, either.

Yes! between the both of them they have over 130,000 passing yards, over 900 Touchowns, 7 League MVPS, 4 Super Bowl Apearences, around 300 career wins, over 550 consecutive starts... Please put the 2 greatest QB'S together and see what Manning can teach Favre about colts offense!!!

Oh man... idk. If Peyton can't play, who knows? They might go after him, but I hope he doesn't. I don't think he would do well with that team now. Earlier in his career... yes, but now, I don't think he has enough help. Also, I think he is done for good, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's offered a contract. Either way, I still think Houston would win the division, but I'd be buying a Favre Colts jersey and rooting him on.

You can file that rumor away in the "will happen when Hell freezes over" file.
It's much more likely that the Colts sign Garrard or Palmer.

it pisses me off that fans want him to move on with his life, yet fans cant stop talking about it themselves.
