I have a problem with my german shepard... He pees every time I pet him?
He is 8 months old and already very large, so it makes quite a mess when this happens. Someone told me that after i have him fixed this will not happen. Does anyone know if that is true, or if he will grow out of this.

He is excited that he is getting attention from you. I would ask a Vet about the other or if this persists what can be or should be done.

We Had a female GSD who used to do this she grew right out of it. In the meantime when we came home we'd take her straight into the garden to make a huge fuss of her so it didn't matter if she had an accident, then we'd go inside when she'd calmed down.

If it's just when you pet him and he's a puppy it's probably just excitement and he will grow out of it, but if your worried that he is incontinent you could take him to the vets
