Cuando imprimo la página de prueba sale la impresion bien y cuando imprimo un documento la impresion me sale como con falta de tinta color gris tenue que puede ser?

Si es la impresion de prueba normal de Windows no usa la tinta gris asi que no puedes saber si esta fallando el cartucho, trata de usar la herramienta de mantenimiento que trae para limpiar los cabezales y destaparlos, te va a gastar poquita tinta pero se van a destapar y saldra bien la tinta
creo que ese va a ser el problema
