Does anyone have any idea why Ronan came back to Genoa City on the Y&R ?

I think you're right because the way he looks at Chloe.. it seems like he's in love with her. And when he first saw Chloe after he came back she was in the coffee shop and he had a catch in his voice and just looked in awe when he saw her... and then Kevin chased him off he looked heart broken.

That's what i was thinking, though i will continue to believe that it's just some sort of cover-up reason, i can't stand Chloe and Ronan together.

As far as I know he just came back to try and help Diane's murder case..Sounds kinda lame to me they had other cops working on it..so why him. Maybe he really loves Chloe. I hate to say this but he might of been the one who killed her i know that sounds off the wall too..K2

Well, part of it was because of the investigation of course, but he may have volunteered for that. I know he has feelings for Chloe, the way he was there for her at the hospital. If she'd just shut up before she screws it all up! lol. Also, when they were at his apartment afterwards, he said "If you think this is just a random thing..." and then he stopped.

He said he came back as lead on Diane's murder case. I don't think he came to make nice with everyone he hurt by leaving after receiving his brothers liver.

I think he is in love with Chloe. He also wants to work out a relationship with Nina. (Even though he denies it).

He was asked to be the lead investigator in Diane's murder.

? but Ronin and Sam are about as interesting as watching paint dry.
