Why did thethinkingatheist cower to shockofGods debate challenge?

Bad days are here again.

Shockofgod doesn't have a valid challenge to present. His whole challenge is pure gibberish.

Atheism is a lack of belief in gods because there's no evidence for them. Asking to prove that atheism is true and correct is like asking to prove that a lack of belief in mermaids is true and correct. Anyone with a bit of sense in their heads can see that the question is nonsensical.

Not responding to the challenge and pointing out that it's gibberish was the only honest thing to do. It's nothing like cowering.

Um, as an atheist I don't know or care much about either "thethinkingatheist" or "Shockofgod."

Maybe "thethinkingatheist" just doesn't like playing chess with pigeons.

Seth is very protective of his privacy. He lives in the bible belt and he has a job and stuff to pay for. He doesn't want his radio podcast and his professional life to meet. He is afraid it would hurt business for his company. It has nothing to do with being scared. And plus, ShockofGod is nuts.

Why on earth should I care? I'm an atheist but what someone does or doesn't say on the web, doesn't interest or concern me at ALL.

I can't understand WHY people bother looking at these things at all when there are more important things in life to do.

If a lunatic came to you and invited you to a debate about whether or not bats are the essence of Batman's soul, what would you do?

There is a wonderful life out there. There are places to go, things to learn. Who cares about a debate.

Atheism is a personal belief, not a dog and pony show.

Saying it over and over again won't make it true.
