Could anyone please give me some hints or tips on improving my running?
I need to be able to run 2.4 km in under 13 minutes. I can run 2.4 but am not sure if its in that time frame. Could anyone please help me to achieve a good result. Its for the Navy.

Do short sprints, and then slow down to recover. The idea is to "explode & then recover" that way your heart rate speeds up and then recovers, that's what you want to achieve in the less time as possible, and that will help you tremendously with your running, endurance, etc.

you need to be running 20-30 miles a week
don't do sprints, that won't help much

my buddy the main suitable element to do to get skills is practise u might desire to coach atleast 5 circumstances in week, or maybe u r in residing house make the ball alwayes on your hand put in your head attempt to overview easy freestyle in residing house even on your mattress room, and the different element u might desire to make your legs speedy whilst theg is speedy thats advise its solid and remember speedy strikes needs speedy legs :)
