Loosing Grip in Left Hand?

A couple of weeks ago, my left thumb was moving by its own. It was moving to the left and even if I put pressure on it, it kept doing it for a few hours. I've notice since then I'm loosing my grip in my left hand. Mostly when I'm drying my hair, I have a hard time holding my brush. Ideas?

It could be anything....but guessing about it isn't going to get you closer to an answer.

Please see a doctor, preferably one that specializes in the hands/arms. It could be arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc.
