How does it work. An S Corp in Cleveland needs to file the CCA Net Profit Return and get taxed. When the income pass-through to the individual does the taxpayer need to pay tax via their CCA return too? Double tax? Or is the CCA return at the individual level only for other type of income such as W2s?

A couple of weeks ago, my left thumb was moving by its own. It was moving to the left and even if I put pressure on it, it kept doing it for a few hours. I've notice since then I'm loosing my grip in my left hand. Mostly when I'm drying my hair, I have a hard time holding my brush. Ideas?

I've had pain in my upper right abdominal for a couple of months but its been more disturbing recently. I brought this to the doctor's attention but he said it was a muscle. My blood pressure is normal and blood work is normal. I've been hypoglycemic for years (doctors don't believe me as blood work is great). I've learned to manage it with glucose monitor and diet. I've been drinking about a gallon of water a day and still feel dehydrated.

Past few days I've been feeling sick (headaches, nausea, visual disturbance). I have difficulty breathing. I can not lay on my right side or turn to my right without feeling a weird pain.

I don't know what to do. My next appointment is in a week, but he says I'm healthy and the malaise I'm feeling is due to being pregnant.

Any suggestions to feel better?

I have been self-insured (BCBS) with a good plan. Co-Pay and low deductible. I am pregnant so I didn’t want to cancel my plan. I recently started a new job and they offered health insurance, but because of my pregnancy the plan isn’t great as it is a high deductible HSA plan. In order to get my husband covered immediately and my child when she is born I had to opt in. Now I’m terrified as the group health has a deductible of $11,000. Which one is my primary? The BCBS is a much better plan, but I’m I stuck paying the HSA deductible of $11k before I benefit from my BCBS and if that’s the case … that’s sad as my first plan BCBS isn’t useful, I would be paying premiums for nothing.

I'm looking into the Madela pump and the Avent bottles. I don't like the Madela bottles. Has anyone pumped with a brand and used a different bottle brand? I was going to pump into the storage bags. But because it's our first baby, I wonder how we transfer the milk from the storage bags to the Avent bottles. Suggestions?

I'm planning on breastfeeding. How does it work when back to work? I work 8-9 day shifts. I plan on taking breaks to pump. What do I do with the milk? Can we store the milk for future use?

I am 25 weeks and totally constipated. I've had history of constipation. I go a little but not enough for what I eat. I feel bloated and it hurts. Past days, I've eat more liquids (soups), oats, etc. But only little luck. I don't feel like I have to go but my abdominal area feels like it needs to. I moved so my appointment with my new doctor is in 2 weeks. I've tried all natual vegetable stool softners, metamucil, etc. I need to feel better

We had our first ultrasound at 10 1/2 wks. We were going to have our 2nd ultrasound at 26 weeks. I am moving out of state and asked my current doctor about the ultrasound. He said it doesn't matter which doctor does the 2nd ultrasound, but he would be happy to do it at our next appointment at 22 weeks. The baby is our first child, I'm new to this. I was thinking of having my current doctor do the 2nd ultrasound as he has seen the 1st one and can see the differences. What do you suggest?

I had my chevy Cobalt looked at. When I drive it for a few hours over 65+mph it seems to jerk to the right once in a while. It's enough to give chills. I had the auto serviced for power steering recalls a year ago. I usually drive 1 or 2 miles per day, but discovered the issue recently when I drove out of town. Any one with similar issues?

I am 16 wks pregnant, how starting to show. I have an interview in 4 weeks. I'm assuming I will be bigger. I have professional suits, but starting to assume the pants will not fit me. Where can I find professional suits without paying an outrageous amount. Or can I find black maternity pants to go with my blouse? I'm concerned the material and shade of color will not match my blouse.

I am 14 weeks pregnant and starting to show. I petite so I can tell I’m showing already. I am interviewing for position that would be perfect for my career. The interview is scheduled for when I will be 20 weeks pregnant. I’m worried I will show. I plan on telling them, but I would like to wait until we have the offer and then let them know before I say yes. What if I show? Then I will have to be honest before my plan and will this hinder the potential of getting an offer? Thanks

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have been having trouble with constipation. I'm getting more fiber now.

This morning, I had a difficult time. After, I wiped and didn't pay attention until I looked at the paper and saw a little blood. It could be from my constipation, but I'm scared that it's from my other place. I have not seen anymore today. Is it something I should be scared of?

I got a rash on my face and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. For the past week, I've been putting neosporin on on my little rash. I read the warnings and there was no warnings for pregnancy. However, I googled it tonight and confused.

What are your thoughts?

Found out that we are expecting. I am 4 wks 4 days. Is it possible I'm already showing? I was flat before and it looks like I'm showing. Is it possible or I'm I just gaining weight. The only thing I changed is my vitamins and drinking a glass of milk.

I did a test when my period was late (15 DPO). The positive line was light. I tested the next two days and the positive line got darker. This morning I tested (18 DPO) and we can barely see the line. Then we got a Clear Blue test (digital) and it came as Positive. I feel symptoms too (boobs are for sure bigger) never before! Why is the line fading away as days go by?

I'm new to trying to conceive. I've been off the pill for more than 1 year, tracking my CM for years, started BBT this month. I did OPK test last month and negative. This month, during and after healthy CM I took OPK test and they are negative. Why?

Could I be having periods, CM and no ovulation?

I started this week on first day of my period. My temperature has been ranging 97.5.

I have been not sleeping well and this sleeping pattern has been going on for years. I go to bed at 11pm, wake up a few times and take my temp at 6am. Can the lack of sleep affect by BBT?

I've lost a lot of friends in my live. We all went through different experiences and different levels in our lives. I'm actually happy were I'm at, working on making better like many of us are :)

It seems as friends think they achieved more than us and start getting parent on us, telling us how to live our lives even when we don't ask for their opinion. I tend to stop talking to them.

Anyone have that problem?

Not purposely I took double dose of antibiotics. I usually take 2 prenatal, so when I took my antibiotics I took 2. We are trying to conceive and believe we are not yet pregnant. I feel fine, but worried.
