Pregnant and interviewing?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and starting to show. I petite so I can tell I’m showing already. I am interviewing for position that would be perfect for my career. The interview is scheduled for when I will be 20 weeks pregnant. I’m worried I will show. I plan on telling them, but I would like to wait until we have the offer and then let them know before I say yes. What if I show? Then I will have to be honest before my plan and will this hinder the potential of getting an offer? Thanks

Update:

Currently I have no benefits and no maternity leave. The new position I understand that would be the same until I accumulate time, but at least when I get back I would have the future benefits. That's much better than what I have currently

Shouldn't be an issue so long as you're not sounding desperate, and let them know up front.

Depends on the job, some positions will need some committment from you for a while beforehand, and your pregnancy wouldn't be good for their company or organizations, because in a matter of months you will be gone for a while. I would go to the interview so that they can meet you, hear your job skills and what you can offer, and of course, if you feel the need, let them know if they offer you the position, that way, if it's direction they can't afford to go at the moment, you would have displayed how valuable you could be to their organization when you can commit more fully. Or they might not mind that you are pregnant. And maternity leave sometimes takes months before you are eligible. I was considering job switches, until I realized I probably won't be eligible for maternity leave if I do.

Unfortunately it could - these days its hard enough to find a job when you're not pregnant much less when you are - I would still go and interview though you never know!

    Good Luck
