Are these downloads safe?

I've been having some virus issues, and a top contributer on Yahoo! Answers suggested these two downloads to fix it. The downloads seem a bit fishy to me, though. Would it be a good idea to try it, or should I leave it alone? Thanks!

    SuperAntiSpyware I've never needed to use so I'm not sure how well it works. However, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is an excellent program to remove viruses, trojans, worms, rootkits, spyware etc...

    The two links you have appear to be valid CNET links and CNET is a reputable download location that I trust.
