Some people do say that nothing is impossible. But practically there are limitations. How can a person judge what is really possible after really taking hard efforts and what is really impossible?

Impossibility is relative concept with respect to time. What is impossible today may be possible tomorrow or years later and vice-versa. But, like you said there are a few things that wouldn't be possible/wouldn't have been possible if you go forth or back in time.
Barring the far-fetched impracticalities, much of the rest is possible. You question demands to know what those far-fetched impracticalities are. I can probably quote some examples at the risk of sounding periphrastic, from which I prefer to abstain. Given the depth of your question I assume you'd know.

I think something is truly impossible when it is something that cannot be accomplished because of the laws of reality, such as effect preceding cause. I believe there was a misunderstanding about a certain theoretical physics concept where if something were to transfer faster than the speed of light meant that a signal can be received even before transmitted, but said signal would not occur without a cause showing that cause is necessary for effect, which is why its impossible.

An objective may be deemed ‘possible’ if it is situated on the ‘path of possibility’ which is the locus of possible incidents each of which would push the aspirant subject a bit ahead along the said path making the achievement (of objective) nearer. When we say that nothing is impossible, we mean that every objective has a path of possibility for ‘somebody’. That is alright but problem starts when we try to identify ourselves with that ‘theoretical somebody’.
This theoretical proposition of traversing the ‘adopted’ path of possibility becomes a true problem when there is a large and uncompromising gap between the aspirant subject and the theoretical somebody. This true problem is the ‘impossibility’ which doesn’t apply to the ‘theoretical somebody’; it applies to the displaced/ misplaced aspirant subject with respect to the ‘alien objective’ and the conjured-up/ irrelevant path of possibility.
Such impossibility could surely be alleviated if own path of possibility to a modified/ own objective could be discovered and followed.

It's true that If you speak in ideal conditions nothing is Impossible. but when you consider Circumstances some tasks may not be possible for few people because they be lagging in acquiring certain qualities that are really necessary to do that Task. In Philosophical terms everything is Possible. If a person can do something or not it purely depends on his abilities.

Many things are impossible, But positive thinking, positive approach makes a human to think like that. No one can judge what is really possible after taking hard efforts. But one can aim to achieve anything with their confident. That confident only makes one to think and say "Nothing is Impossible"

Living in peace on this earth is philosophically impossible in my opinion...too many differences, misunderstandings, and quite frankly lack of will to make the effort to see others point of view.
I will admit that, some people are just crazy and I will never ever get along with some of them. Will most be forthcoming and admit that some people are just crazy....no...no...no.
Why, fear of retribution, retaliation etc... Peace NOT likely, is the meaning of impossible.

Good question! The state of impossibility is a frame of mind. It is a belief that has been adapted and lived by.
Truly, if a person is able to modify their belief around what is and isn't possible, then anything is possible. An example is how one person has the ability to sing and another does not. The person that is able to do this knows it is possible. The person that can not do this believes it is impossible for themselves. They do not believe it impossible for the other person because they see it happening. If they were able to modify their own belief they would be able to create the same ability within themselves. Changing their possibility would be instantaneous; however they might have to modify some other things about themselves to achieve it.
This example shows how something is possible for one person and impossible for another simply because of their beliefs, self confidence and other factors that may or may not be easy to modify.
Have you ever heard of the Miracle Man? Morris E. Goodman literally did what every one told him was impossible, including the Doctors. Check it out, it might broaden your horizons around what is and isn't possible.

There are things now that can`t be done, but some day in the future may be. If you`ve tried your best and were not able to complete the task, then it`s impossible.

"Impossible" is like "moving"; it needs a frame of reference. There may well be no series of actions a certain farmer in Peru could take whereby he gains the means to visit the Moon - this requires vast quantities of resources and he has a finite lifespan.
