if Earth was smaller, then the Moon wouldn't be the same size as it is now. Our current theory on how the Moon formed is a Mars-size object hit the Earth, and was then trapped by gravity.

If the Earth was smaller, then that might have happened differently - we could have been pulled into the other planet's gravity, for instance.

If the Earth was smaller, and everything else was the same, then lunar eclipses would be shorter - i.e. the 'new' moon phase - as there is more light reaching the moon.

If the Earth where smaller than the Earth may not even be here right now. And if it was still here it would most likely not have enough mass to hold a moon in orbit thus no life. And with our moon formed because of a planet size object that smashed in to it, then it would of been obliterated or thrown off into space as an asteroid or become a bigger plants moon, or even smash into a different planet or the sun.
