They say what they say BECAUSE they understand EXACTLY how Social Security works. It is a legalized pyramid scheme and must be reformed in order to survive. Liberals continue to treat it as a sacred cow. Add this as a third choice to your question and it will be accurate.

They are typical politicians that keep their answers very vague and never really answer or they try to say something that will please everyone. Then they get in and do what they really want to do. Ron Paul is the only one that gives real answers and says what he believes.
