So here is my life story on how I became warped. Comments?

Last year around this time, I started to become depressed because at time I could no longer ignore the thought that everyone I know thought of me as a fool, an idiot, slow, and more than likely they thought as me beneath them. Although, while at school I could act pleasant just for the sake of me not breaking apart because of the depression while of course at home with nothing to distract me, I couldn’t ignore the feeling. So I ignored this for my whole freshman year and as I progressed through the year, I became more cold, more monotone, less happy, it became harder to laugh or smile, I can no longer smile while having my pic taken without it looking awkward( thus causing me to hate cameras), and … I covered it all. Not sure, I think I can list more.

Over the summer, since I had more time to think and could not ignore the mental/ emotional situation I was in, I became somewhat warped and turned for the worse. I started to consider my situation permanent and unfixable until I move out and go to college( which I am happily preparing for and looking forward to it). So I found some resolutions to just concentrate on school, volunteering( IB requires me to do this), and get a job, oh and get my learner's permit since I was too lazy to do it this summer. Also, my dislike for people in general grew a lot stronger( forgot to mention that I began disliking people in my freshman year). It grew so much that I began blaming people and society for how social life works. So I began to think of everyone as an enemy no matter who it was.

So now I am in my sophomore year in high school, and still almost everyone is an enemy tome except for a very small few(1-3). I still think how society views some stuff as unorthodox(I also forgot to mention that I am thinking about living as single life since 1. I never dated 2. how frequent my parents fight over the most idiotic issues 3. girls always look for looks ( I don’t got any, at least I don’t think I do ) 4. I don’t feel like going into the trouble of finding someone and then end up doing as they say to keep them happy 5. once married everything you do must go to your wife and to your children 6. I can list more but I wont), or weird stupid. So now if I review how acted on a certain, I will either be irritated, annoyed, and snap an anyone for the simplest thing, act cold and monotone, and wont give anyone more than two words per sentence out of my mouth( or just nod or shake my head and use my fingers for a "yes or no" question or question with a number response), or be pleasant to see someone( the 1-3 few I don’t dislike( oh and this small group is ever changing for last years I could remember( and the small group I like shrunk for the past years and the people who were in them, I dislike them).

Basically, I am warped version of myself a few years ago. I used to be pleasant all the time, make funny comments, and didn’t dislike life and every human being.

Ignore my multiple grammatical and punctuation mistakes, I just wanted to post this. On a side note, is there a correct of placing parenthesis: ( a ), (a ), ( a), (a)? IB = International Baccalaureate. I got straight A's w/ honor and AP classes, but I am slow sometimes ( I admit & accept that). Yes I did actually think about whether it was my fault several times, but I gave up since no one ever told me in my face. But I honestly do not think its my fault.

Questions, comments, concerns, answers, sympathy, empathy?

On another note, I did not think I would be able to fit this into the details since I just wrote in Microsoft Office til I was satisfied.

Update:

@Ridley lmfao how'd i miss that?

@dreama yeah i am way passed that stage since the beginning of August. i am no longer deeply depressed. i only have occasional weak traces of it once or few times a week, but that only even lasts for a few minutes then its completely wiped out when i guess anger? not exactly anger but something like that, not sure, starts to replace that small moment of sadness. i no longer think it's my fault because really someone would have told me and since no one did, they're fault. I am in the stage where I am just following my gut feeling while at the same time no in full control of myself. As I said before I am either irritable or cold to others especially to those i don't want to talk to but talk to me no matter what. Also, sometimes to those who I don't want to act like that to. So majority of the people i interact everyday see that side of me. I do look at the positive and have a goal that i can look forward to achieving and get happy every time i progress a

    I think you are depressed and taking the world around you for granted. What you are going through I have went through more than once in my life. I have always managed to come out of it on my own but it wasn't easy and it always took a long time. I found that the reason I always became depressed was because of other people and how they made me feel. I allowed people to control how I acted and felt about myself. I am getting older and have decided that all those people do not matter and someone will always hurt your feelings or make you feel like crap, almost everyday because of how many people we come in contact with. Try to remember that we all trying to figure out this thing called life and chances are, NOBODY knows the true meaning. Try to see through the negative and start thinking more positive and little by little you will come back to being yourself. At least that's how I deal with my spells of depression. Good Luck :)

    Print your question and take it to your medical doctor. There could be 100 medical reasons you are feeling this way, from diabetes, to high blood pressure to inner ear or sinus issues to a diet with too much junk food or too many carbohydrates. It would be wrong of us to just guess things and possibly project an issue on you that you don't have. Rule out something medical first.
