Violence creates fear and fear creates limitations. The main limitation due to fear is choosing the wrong partner because most people are afraid to choose a good partner and be happy, they could be afraid to "betray" their possessive mother or father, or afraid to surpass their competitive parent of the same sex, or afraid to be happy because of the envy of other people in the family. Envy causes bullying which is a form of violence, which causes people to limit themselves.
