you're taking him too actually. whilst he gave his speech, he did no longer anticipate that the two residences of congress would on the instant vote for the law, sight unseen. He meant that he would not want the form of congressional stalemate that we observed in the debt ceiling debate.

The "jobs bill" is just a stunt to keep his blame-the-other-guy going for another year.
