is 200 push-ups a day too much?

I do 200 push-ups a day 8x25. Is it too much??

I'm 39 years old, and weigh 200 lbs. I also take a 40 grams a day of protein as a supplement.

    Yes you need to give your self days of healing or you really are not getting the full effect of your work out, but 200 is a great number i would move back to 4 days a week
