How much jail time do you think my boyfriend will get? Maryland state charges.?

Ok hes in jail now and hes been there since July 4th. Hes in there for 4th degree burgulary charge and resisting arrest, assault on a police officer and another assault on police officer (2 counts I guess) and he has driving on suspended and a trepassing charge as well. This is only for charles county, In St. Marys county he has a warrent for a failure to appear, he missed his Pre-hearing for 2nd degree burgulary charge, theft over 500, destruction of property and he has a VoP (Voltience of Probation) he has to go to court for too. He has 10 years back up time. He hasnt been convicted yet of none of these charges and the only evidence they have for him on the st. mary charges is a witness and this supposely happened in 2009 when he broke until these people house and stole 2220 dollars worth of stuff. So do you think he'll even be convicted? And if so how much time do you think he'll serve if convicted, this isn't his first offense either, he has been convicted of Theft charges and domestic Viloence charges as well as an assault charge where he did a few months in st. marys he was released to do supervised probation and has 10 years back up time. Plz answer if you have an idea and plz dont answer just to be a jerk and say you have no idea hes a loser.
