Apparently.. I got an email from Yahoo before saying my avatar was offensive (not this current one), and I had to change it or get suspended.. so I can only assume someone reported me.
So I guess you can indirectly have it "deleted."

its pretty silly to get offended over an avatar, just let them express whatever they want to express
