Why are Christians obsessed with saving souls?

Their not, they think they are, but by enforcing their religion. They need more "saving" then most people

Because we know that some day you are going to leave your earthly body

and your eternal soul is going to go either to a wonderful heaven or to a

horrible hell. We want you to go to heaven and not suffer in hell That's why.

Another thing, saints are not determined by your definition but by the bible.

The bible says that anyone that accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior is

considered a saint. So any Christian (not Catholic) that speaks about

saving souls, is a saint, no matter their age or appearance.

People who do not have the confidence in their faith are not comfortable with others having a faith that is different. It's easier to show hatred and fear than try to at least understand (not convert) another's faith. I wear a headscarf and do NOT force others to believe as I do. Freedom of Religion..I know I read that somewhere!

We can save no one! We can only tell one about our own relation With Jesus. Jesus does the saving. Provided the person listens to us. Jesus Christ came to this Earth, God in the Flesh, Our Creator, to die for our sins. So if you believe in HIM? You will not perish. But have everlasting life.

Do not delude yourself. Christ is THE ONLY way to heaven. Lol how does that make it vain? I can't be a doctor unless I take the necessary classes and pass medical school. there is no other way. does that make the profession a pathetic and vain one?

For the very same reason I would yell "BUS!!" if you were about to be hit by a bus. Yes I am close-minded, pathetic, bigoted and GOD serving.

There are no saints to do it, the Lord commands everyone of His people to do it.
