I am a hygienist. It is not good to rinse with hydrogen peroxide frequently it can damage the tissues if used too often. We don't even recommend using it for whitening for more than two weeks at a time in a one month time period. If you are using it for whitening I would only swish with it once a week or so. It doesn't feel good in the mouth. You will feel like you are foaming, even after you spit it out. If you are looking for an at home whitening solution I would try something like the white strips you can buy over the counter. You will not have the results of a professional whitening but it will be much more pleasant for you.

I used to "swish" with a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. It would create a lot of foam, which I really don't know if it was good or not.
