What time and types of food should i have with my work schedule?
I wake up around noon, and work 4-1, i have a hard time falling asleep so I do not dose off until around 4pm-5am. So my eating pattern is really off. i usually eat around 2pm. might have a small snack at 6, i have my lunch around 930 pm and a little after i get home i am hungry again so i have dinner around 2am. I work at a grocery store. I think me eating after i get home is causing me to not lose any weight. Is there any advice you have about how I can keep from eating after i get home or what kind of food i should eat during my lunch at work?

Really, just keep to eating healthy foods and limit your 'snack food' intake. You can actually eat around six satisfying meals a day and still maintain around 1700 calories. Eat a lot of fruit that is high in fiber and water: apples, peaches, plums, etc. They keep you full and fill that sweet craving that so many of us have. Also, eat more meat. Protein is proven to fill you up in smaller portions than other foods. G'luck!
