I need to make snickerdoodles that are 6 inches in diameter. Do I need to adjust baking time or temperature?

Update:

Also wondering how big to make the balls of dough?

Bake at your regular temperature, but longer. This assumes you're making them a normal thickness. So make your ball of dough, then flatten with a glass to about 1/4" thick after rolling in cinnamon sugar.

Try using the regular baking time, if after this it is not coming out right just lengthen the baking time.

No, only thickness affects cooking time.
