It's in Matthew & Mark...
Matthew 5:32 states "But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery."
and Matthew 19:9 states "I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery."
and Mark 10:11-12 states "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery."
For second one...
Mark 12:17 & Luke 20:25... "Then Jesus said to them, 'Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.”
