NC unemployment debit card?
I recieved my debit card in the mail for unemployment, but online it doesn't have a payment date... Does this mean that I've been approved? When should money be on the card.. Thanks in advance

Probably it does mean that you've been approved - it costs money to make and mail those cards, so I doubt they'd send you one if you were going to be denied. However, you ought to receive a letter saying you've been approved, how much you'll get each week, for how long, and when to start filing your claims.
There won't be any money in your card account until you file a claim. Once you do, they will have to process it, so it may take several days or a week or two (I don't know how NC does it) before money is in your account. You can check at the debit card website to see when/how much money is there.
When you first file a claim, the first week you file for is a "waiting week" meaning you won't get money for it. You will probably file for two weeks at a time, so the first claim will be money for the second week only.
